Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Items must be in resalable condition, with all seals and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, supplements, or pharmaceutical items unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@royalmedicalstore.com with a photo of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on the case review.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened skincare or health products
- Perishable items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
