- Measure your forearm (just below the elbow). Choose the correct strap tension.
- Slide or wrap the brace so that the pressure pad is directly over the most tender portion of the tendon.
- Put on the Velcro strap to a tight but comfortable working; also, be sure that your blood flow is not restricted.
- Use it during activity, sports, or rest periods, as required; in case of discomfort, change it to another place.
- Wash it by hand with a mild detergent; rinse it thoroughly and let it dry naturally. Do not use bleach or machine drying.
